1. The service

Globytalk provides room discovery, voice/video rooms, room chat, direct messages and profiles. The operator and contact details are identified in the Impressum. The service is currently free. No premium subscription or payment obligation is created by these terms; any future paid offer will have its own price and purchase conditions before an order is placed.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use Globytalk. Provide accurate account information, keep access to your sign-in account secure and do not impersonate another person. Where your local law requires a parent or guardian’s agreement to enter a contract, obtain that agreement. An account from a sign-in provider does not itself prove your age.

3. Community rules

Do not share illegal content, threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, scams, malware or someone else’s private information without a lawful basis. Do not infringe copyright, spam, evade access restrictions or disrupt the service. Respect other participants and do not record or redistribute their communications without the permissions required by law.

4. Your content

You retain your rights in the content you share. You allow Globytalk to store, transmit and display it as needed to provide the features you use. Only share material you are entitled to share. Room chat may be readable by guests; choose what you post accordingly. Message expiry does not prevent another person from having already copied the content.

5. Reports and restrictions

Use the available report controls or the contact details in the Impressum to report illegal content or abuse. Include the relevant room/message reference, what is wrong and enough detail to locate it. Access or content may be restricted to enforce these rules, protect people or comply with law. Contact the operator if you believe a decision is incorrect. Statutory notice, explanation and complaint rights remain unaffected.

6. Availability and ending use

Availability and individual features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security or technical reasons. You can stop using the service and request account deletion through account management. Room history can expire automatically; do not use Globytalk as your only storage for important material.

7. Mandatory rights

These terms do not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited, including liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable statutory protections remain unaffected. No exclusive court or blanket waiver of statutory rights is imposed here.

8. Changes and contact

Material changes will be communicated appropriately before taking effect where required. A future paid profile will require separate, clear purchasing information; continued use of the free service alone will not subscribe you to a paid plan.
